Alberto Hamonet is a multidisciplinary artist based in California, known for his "psychedelic high-fantasy" style, where adventure, promiscuity, and tennis form a broad narrative across his work. Originally from Buenos Aires, Alberto has been painting and exhibiting full-time since 2019, following an illustrious career as a record producer and club DJ in New York City. His first solo exhibition in San Francisco, "Orange Splendor," reflects his love for the Californian landscape, reimagining poppy fields along Route 1 through esoteric psychedelia. Alberto has exhibited internationally and recently presented new tennis-themed works at the Manetti Shrem Museum of Art. He holds a BFA from NYU and an MFA from UC Davis.
